1) What information SignEdge collects
- We do not collect personal data through SignEdge.
- We do collect crash data via Firebase Crashlytics. This crash data helps us diagnose and fix issues to improve app stability. Crash data typically includes technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, timestamp, and the crash or error details (for example, stack traces). It may also include certain automatically collected technical information about the device and how SignEdge was being used at the time of the crash.
- We do not use SignEdge to gather data for advertising or marketing purposes.
2) How we use the information
- Crash data is used to identify, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability problems.
- The information helps us understand why errors occur and to improve the reliability and performance of SignEdge.
3) Data sharing and third parties
- We use Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to collect crash data. Crashlytics is the primary third-party service involved in data collection for SignEdge.
- We do not sell your data or share crash data with other third parties for purposes other than debugging and improving the app through Crashlytics.

4) Data retention and security
- Crash data is stored and processed by Firebase Crashlytics in accordance with Google's policies. We do not maintain a separate database of personal data on SignEdge servers.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect data under our control, but we rely on Firebase for the secure storage and processing of crash data.
- If you contact us, we will respond to privacy inquiries in a timely manner in accordance with applicable laws and this policy.
5) International transfers
- Data collected through Crashlytics may be transmitted to, stored, and processed in locations outside your country of residence, including the United States, in connection with the services provided by Firebase. Firebase operates under its own privacy terms and policy. We rely on Firebase to manage these data transfers in compliance with applicable laws.

- Because SignEdge uses Crashlytics to collect crash data for app stability, some data handling is controlled by Firebase's policies. We will work with Firebase and you to address any legitimate privacy requests to the extent possible.

- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated policy and update the "Effective date." Any changes will apply to data collected after the updated policy is posted.
